ZoRoCo Packaging works with a variety of different food companies to get its product ready for sale. They work with companies that have a finished product that just needs to be packaged as well as customers who need help to develop the recipe, source the ingredients, mix, cook, freeze, and package the final product to be ready for sale.

Before they bought the Hapman Lumpmaster they were using a roll crusher that was not breaking up the material to the right size consistently. Frequently larger pieces would move further down the process to packaging which was causing production delays.

They were unsure of what the best solution would be and reached out to Annik to discuss options. Annik was able to show how a Hapman Lumpmaster was being used for a similar application from a different customer.

When ZoRoCo integrated the Hapman Lumpmaster in their granola line, the final product consistency problem was solved and eliminated any bottle necking and delay in the line.
